Starting a hotel/flights turnkey site?

Hello, recently i saw about this and feeling interest on this type of concept.

So i browse google, and sees people selling those turnkey hotel sites at the price within $70-99.

So i wanted to ask, can i do this by myself? What do i need?
Already have*
- Domain
- Web hosting

What i still need?
- Hotel/flight affiliate network? Is all those turnkey site using the same network? Their pattern looks the same.
- Web designer?
- Content writer?

Thank you guys btw, if i can get traffic for it, and im lazy to do it by finding people to design, write and just buy a site instantly. What would be a fair and good price to get one?
Edit : is $60-70 good to go? Browse flippa and saw some starter site at that price

Thank you buddys!

Turnkey sites do well on flippa, all you need to give them is a site, all the third party contacts (To sell whatever you are trying to sell through your site) and that's it!

I would stay away from Flippa sites that offer you your own flight and hotel site for $70.

First of all, those are cookie-cutter sites.

The people behind those offers make money by simply recycling the same content, using the same backend, and just cranking out website after website.

Their only real investment is the domain name.

While that may be a good deal for them when they turn $10 to $70, this may be a bum deal for you.

You have to understand that for you to make money off such a website, people have to actually get real value.

In other words, they have to get a distinct experience, they have to get a unique content that is specific to the experience you are offering.

It all boils down to knowing what you bring to the table.

Unfortunately, using a cookie-cutter site that has been recycled many times over simply is not going to cut it.

I can understand buying a website on Flippa that generates real money, that has a proven plan, and that can make money month after month moving forward.

That's about buying a completely new website based on templates, and that's another matter entirely.

It's very easy to get burned.

I'm not saying that you're going to get ripped off by such deals like the hotel/flights offer, but let's face it, for you to make money off that website, you have to put in a lot of work and a lot of time.

It's much better to simply come up with your own distinct brand and scale everything up based on your initial vision rather than working on somebody else's cookie-cutter template.

I fully agree with you, even turnkey websites need to be customize so that the buyer feel that they are different in terms of look and feel. Also a little bit revenue generation will help to sell it faster.
