Do you use guest blogging sites/networks?

Do you bother using any guest blogging sites/networks like Content Facilitator or Blogger Link Up?

Just wondering if they're worth my time. And if so, do you know of any other sites like that for finding guest blogging opportunities?

One last newbie question. Do you submit original articles or give them already written articles (copies) from your website?

    I do guest posts both for myself and for my clients.

    And NO - I'd stay VERY FAR away from guest post 'facilitation' systems.

    Does that mean if I find a blog on one of these networks, that I can do a guest blog post for, Google will penalize that blog post and keep it from ranking? If that's the case it sounds like Google would have to pay attention to every deal made on such sties and track the blog posts being created. That sounds like a lot of work on Google's part.

    After Google update peoples become to smart & left using community blogs & networks too ! So now finding guest Blogging sites is little hard to get but even there are some ways to find out guest blogging sites like make Guest post searches & Join Social guest post communities & group on Facebook & Google Plus. It really helps.

    I personally don't use Guest blogging networks. I simply put request on groups in Google+ And Facebook, twitter etc and people contact me for guest post on my blog.

    This might be a stupid question, but I don't have any experience with Google+ or Facebook yet, so how would you find people's blog requests on those sites? Would you do a search for "blog request" or what?

      As i already said that there are plenty of groups or communities in Facebook, Google+ dedicated to Guest Posts, blogging etc where you can request Guest posts.
