Please Help Im New And Lost !

Hello everyone, I'm new to Internet Marketing and I was wondering what would you offer, so that the people you are trying to attract will fill out the form on your opt-in page ?

I am currently trying to promote a product via Clickbank, but I also want the persons email, not just send them to my affiliate link. How would I go about having the lead fill out the form, while simultaneously redirecting them to the Clickbank products page ?

I would assume you would give them an ebook or something to download, and then have like a backlink (i guess thats what its called) that will transfer them to the actual products page.
Am I correct ? Any thoughts on what I could do ?

You could give away a free ebook or report that works with the Clickbank offer and then promote the Clickbank offer via your autoresponder or OTO.

You could also just ask for the email and then send to the Clickbank offer after getting the email.

So if the Clickbank is a weight loss product maybe give away a diet planner or weight loss tips ebook for the opt-in.

Or simply have an opt-in and ask for the email, and then redirect to the CLickbank offer.

You would set up the pages they are sent to in your autoresponder.

If you are grabbing an email and then sending them to a Clickbank offer use the Clickbank url as destination after the opt-in.

If you are giving away a free ebook then the Thank You page url would be the destination after Opt-in.

Look through YouTube for videos on how to set up a squeeze page, how to redirect to clickbank after a squeeze page, etc.

      Welcome to the WF MartinLol.

If you use a reputable autoresponder like Aweber, Get Response or Mailchimp they provide you with a squeeze page template.

You will need targeted traffic to your offer.

For paid traffic these work well:

      -Facebook News Feed Ads
      - Solo Ads
      - Banner Ads

      For free traffic:

      - You Tube videos
      - Facebook Fan Page
      - Start a blog

Be very careful to start with small campaigns with paid traffic & keep tracking/testing until you get a good return on your investment (ROI) then rinse & repeat & scale up.

      Cheers
      Barry

I would offer them a free eBook (if that is of value to your niche)
They request the eBook by giving you their eMail address
The eMail address is handled by a decent email service (getresponse/aweber etc) which send them the link to your book in an eMail, and then sends them to a thank you page.
That thank you page could be on your site or it could actually go to the Clickbank offer page (probably the better option)
It will be up to you to manage the lists for duplicates if eBook people become buyers.

Manage the duplicates ? Could you explain this process ? Im a little confused as to how they will become duplicates if they're just opting in thru one landing page. I understand I may have to sort out the people who will buy, and the people who won't. But how will there be duplicates ?

Hi MartinLol. Welcome to the forum. In your case, offer them a free ebook on your squeeze page, redirect them to the download page, and then start marketing your Clickbank product to them via your email autoresponder. But the bigger question is, how will you get continual sales from this customer? After you make the affiliate sale, the vendor gets the customer name - NOT you.

I have a whole bootcamp training course on this process but here's an image I quickly drew to help you out man.

Step 1: it starts with getting in front of the right people (aka your hungry buyer) or the person who is wanting the product or services you are selling.

The traffic can come from any marketing channel you choose: blog, facebook, youtube, twitter, instagram, google paid ads, etc.

Step 2: drive that targeted traffic to a squeeze page so you can collect email address.
Offer someone of value for free on your squeeze page that your hungry buyer would be interested in (free book, video course, cheat sheet, etc).

Step 3: after they punch in their email address, take them to a thank you page where they can download/watch your free offer.

Step 4: After they finish going through your freebie offer, have a call-to-action to a sales page where they can buy your product or services that will further resolve their pains and problems.

Step 6: This happens in the background, but as soon as someone opts-in to your squeeze page and gives you their email, you have an email autoresponder that is automatically triggered to send out a series of emails over a course of time to your new subscriber.

This is what automates your business.

After the autoresponder series is done (ex. let's say you write 5 emails that go out every day for 5 days), you follow up in real time with broadcast emails (when you write an email on the spot and send it).

Exactly, which is why I will have them go to my landing page first. That way, I will receive their info as well.

    Martin,

I would start cheap and easy. I've done this in the past and it works great.

Step 1: Get MailChimp (www.mailchimp.com) to collect your email addresses. The reason why I would use Mail Chimp is so that you don't have to spend any money on an opt-in box and email collection service. You can build your opt-in box. and collect up to 1000 email addresses for free.

The reason why you want to use this service, is so you won't waste any money on an autoresponder service before you know if your niche actually works. Awebber will charge you $30 a month right out the starting gate.

Now, MailChimp won't automatically send out eBooks or reports on their free trial, but they will notify you by email when your opt-in box collects an email address. Then you can just send out your free report, eBook or whatever from your personal email and tell the people that signed up that this is a personal thanks from you for signing up, and that your autoresponder isn't fully set up yet, (which is true) that's why you are sending them the free whatever from your personal email address.

Step 2: Create your free report or eBook fast and get it done. If you want to see two that I've done in just a few days, then send me a private message and I'll send them on to you. Just because you made them in a few days, doesn't mean you should give out a piece of crap. Make it look real professional, but make it only 10 or so pages.

Tell your audience at the beginning of the report, that the reason why you're not writing a 200 page eBook or report is because you wanted to write a concise report that doesn't waste their time.

However, your business should look professional right from the start so that people will take you seriously.

Step 3: Get a cheap HostGator Account. I just spent $150 for three full years of their service. And it’s well worth it. For $3.96 a month you get one of the best hosting packages on the planet. You can easily set up a WordPress blog as a website which is what I would do.
Step 4: Get your domain cheap from GoDaddy, Hostgator, or NameCheap (The one I use, NameCheap.com is only 10.49 a year.)

Step: 5 Get your site set up. If you use HostGator for hosting all you have to do is set up a WordPress blog. To me, this is the way to go. HostGator actually has videos on how to do everything, but if you don’t know how, they have a great chat function that works 24/7/365. I know because I’ve had to call them at 2 in the morning! They’ve helped me with tons of things I didn’t know.
Once you’ve set up a WordPress Blog, (If that’s the way you want to go) Get a WordPress for Dummies book. WordPress has gotten so easy to learn over the years, that it’s the only way I’ll do a site for myself. I personally think it’s the easiest way to do a site. But that’s just me. As a matter of fact, unless it’s an e-commerce site most of the business websites you see any more are WordPress or a blog of some type.

Step 6: Once you get all of this stuff set up, start driving traffic. There are lots of ways to do this. Use the WF and ask, in short order, someone will give you the links of the threads on here that talk about all of the ways you can drive traffic to your site.

One other thing to think about BEFORE you do anything, is thinks and do a lot of research on what niche and business you are going to start. I wrote a response to this on a previous thread. Scroll to the bottom of this thread to read it : Newbie

If you have any questions you can private message me. I wish you the best, my friend!

    God Bless ,

    ELMO

Did you try to make money from affiliate review site? Collecting email and growing your list is good, but it will take longer to see profit. Since you introduce yourself as new, I assume that you never made a sale before. In that case, view this thread. http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...0-threads.html

    1. Find Your Niche
    2. Then Think Of The Ideal Prospect (who would most likely want or need your product)

i.e selling anti aging cream to young woman in her early 20's = bad

selling anti aging cream to a middle age woman desperate to hang on to her youth = "cha-ching"

then with all the information you have on your prospect

you just create a funnel based on that information

    ad/lead page/sales page/follow up

if you do your research well then the rest becomes alot easier
    so spend sometime on it

    hope this helps
