Which WP cart would you recommend?

I'm starting my first venture into e-commerce with 2 sites. One selling downloadable files and the other dropshipping products.
I've been using wordpress for several years, making pages to promote my services & seminars + making sites for clients, so I'd rather stick with it for now. I'm using a hostgator shared hosting account.

Which WP cart would you recommend & why?
WooCommerce? Cart66? WP-eshop? WP ecommerce? Wp-estore? Ecwid?

I'm looking for a solution that has most or many the following features:
-Affiliate marketing system
-cross-sell & upsell
-returning customer login
-different currencies
-points reward program
-discount coupon codes
-expiring download links automatically emailed after purchase
-credit card processing
-extensive analytics
-abandoned cart autoresponders

What else am I not thinking about?

The dropshipping site will be in a non-english language. I suppose I can take care of that in the wp editor, but if a multi-lingual feature is included, even better.

In woocommerce, is there a better way to process CC payments than having Paypal Advanced iframed into the site? What would you recommend? Stripe or some such?

Anyone have a good reason not to use Wordpress for e-commerce?
I'm also open to options such as shopify, bigcommerce, volusion, opencart, 3dcart, prestashop, zencart, but unless you have a strong argument I'd prefer staying with WP. I'm not looking into Magento at this point.

Thanks in advance for your help.
