    What do you mean by resource? Do you mean a software, or an online service or...?

    From the way you explained, it seems that you are looking for something that can both record audios/videos on a cd and deliver the cd to your potential customers.

    Why do you need to record the resource on CD rom? If you want to send anyone, you can upload this resource on online, the you can give access on there. No need to use the CD. It will kill your valuable time & expensive also. Thanks.

    Record -> Send Them Masters + Artwork -> They make it look all professional -> Send them customer addresses and they do the shipping.

    Very easy and they'll even store your "stock."
