Any luck with recipe sites and adsense or affiliate earnings?

I was wondering if anyone has had any luck using recipe sites with adsense and other cpa offers. I noticed a lot for sale now days and to me if it had 40,000 plus recipes it should get good amounts of traffic. Just curious what you thought was on this.

I have always shown great income from recipe sites... find a few great databases to import, buy some strong links from places like cooks.com etc, and you'll make great money too.

I've used many of these tools in your system and they absolutely rock. Others I am getting ready to use thanks to your awesome support and advice. If you really want to take it to the next level with your business in 2011 then this is an offer you don't want to miss. Not only is the information top notch but the friendless and helpfulness that comes with the package is top notch.

Yes, I have a website called Cook Banana Bread step by step with Granny » Banana Bread, Cranberry Muffin, Healthy Breads and it does very well, considering all the competition, cooking is in, because not only is the economy a factor in how people choose to eat, or to not eat out, the amount of money that it costs to eat out is beginning to influence, decisions and many are choosing to cook at home.

      • interesting to come across this. i just started about 10 or so recipe websites based on some pretty good keyword research. they are beginning to climb and i expect traffic will be reasonable and consistent. i was wondering what type of CPA offers you have promoted in the past. I have not done my due diligence in this area, but a head start hint from you would be much appreciated. thanks

I was doing really well with recipe toolbar cpa offers. The best converting ones seem to have vanished from the networks I was promoting through. So I've had to adjust and adsense is not the way to go. Perhaps the people selling just don't know how to adapt?
