You ALWAYS get what you pay for when it comes to internet traffic.

Think like a businessman: If the $5 traffic is any good, they would just use it to promote their own product or affiliate link.

Would you sell out for $5?

Look at Fiverr as an alternate to Upwork (Elance / Odesk). You get to try these people out for $5 and then hire the ones you like. All the top service providers are using Fiverr as a "free sample" lead generation tool.

The crappy people are "working" for $5 and they never survive or are not worth hiring.

No one is going to be selling any worthwhile traffic for $5. You need to use some common sense in these matters. Fiverr should never be used for traffic gigs.

What you get is what you pay for... BUT

There are some good traffic Gigs on Fiver, look for the ones that are offering real numbers, they are there to let you try.
i have personally tried a few, and i was pretty happy with the results, you will have to go thru a few bad ones to get a good one. ask questions before you buy, be very specific,

or go to the section buyer requests and request a gig that is specific for what you require... that is the best! but expect to pay more then 5usd... also have a look for SoloAdsTrader, its New, but has already got some good sellers.

If SOMEONE were to find a TRAFFIC GIG On Fiverr that GENERATED $25 for every $5 spent or even $7.50 for every $5 spent, do you REALLY THINK they will BLAB ABOUT IT?

Do you really think people would willingly say good-bye to their competitive advantage?

It's one thing to share helpful tips on how to generate traffic for free or how to convert traffic but for a READY MADE SOLUTION, I don't think you'll get too many (intelligent) takers.

Most of them are garbage. Many of them have fake followers and spam dozens of random shoutouts each day which offers no value.

There very well could be a few good ones in there, but speaking from personal experience, it's better to just search for accounts within your niche and ask them about buying a shoutout. Stay away from Fiverr for that type of thing.

I have had to help clients who paid for cheap fake bot traffic - what a mess......

You can get blocked and/or even lose accounts on facebook, Linkedin, Youtube

You will not sell anything to robots . For americans you get a huge amount of people from other countries..all useless and fake

Well i would recommend not to go out to fiverr for traffic kind of stuff. That is completely Junk. Why not go out to legitimate resources if you can in the same amount of money......

Yeah fiverr is good for logos, banners, and outsourcing craigslist posts. That's about it. Stay clear of 5 dollar traffic. You might as well throw your money in the trash.

It's going to be hit and miss with these cheap traffic services. You ultimately get what you pay for -- I think even going with the same provider and service is going to yield inconsistent results that will vary with the time and day they're posting your offer.

Typically, you'll get your offer presented with many others to a fairly broad audience (this is the only way they're going to be able to offer something so inexpensively), so you may get lucky every now and then with a provider at a certain time, but I think it'd be foolish to expect consistently good results from a $5 traffic gig.

Seriously don't waste the $5, go buy a burger or something....

Real traffic: Social Media, PPC Networks such as Bing or Adwords, Offline Marketing(Post Cards), Solo Ads, Youtube!

Yeah they all suck. Unless you want to try to super inflate your Alexa ranking for some weird reason. $5 will go down the drain. If their traffic was so good, they would be using it themselves - as opposed to selling you the service for $5.

Fiverr is not really designed for marketing. No one will post anything to a legitimate list of followers for only $5. All those followers are fake or inactive. The same goes for so many marketing gigs up there.

In few words, never expect any good results from such cheap services. You can't really market anything using Fiverr gigs.

I've been burnt a few times and now I've given up on Fiverr. All the gigs have to be re-done or re-written and I was getting pissed off with so many edits - so I threw in the towel. Also their support team is not very good with complaints - they usually ignore them.

On Fiverr, I've found you usually get what you pay for when it comes to traffic.

First of all, you need to ask intelligent questions. If a seller has "20,000 followers", you need to determine if they're random or targeted followers, and if they're targeted followers, you need to know what their interests are.

Going through these simple steps alone will help prevent you from wasting money on Fiverr providers. Many times their followers are random and untargeted, and if that's the case then attempting to advertise your link with them would be a complete waste of your money.

Other great questions to ask are how often they'll post (frequency) and whether your link will be competing for attention with others.

Also, insist that they send you the URLs for their social media accounts so you can actually verify whether they posted your link or not. You can always request a refund if you're unsatisfied with their work and they did not provide the deliverables they stated.
