Floating share button

I noticed in my google analytics for one of my new sites that almost all my traffic is coming from something called floating-share-button.com. I looked it up to see what it was and kind of understand it now but I did not put the floating button bar on my site.

So I have a couple questions. How good could this thing be if people are going to someone else s site and clicking on this share button and referring them to my site.

The other question is how are these buttons supposed to work when they are third party. I know I can put share buttons on my site for facebook and twitter using my web editor but these buttons seem to be all in one for facebook twitter, pinterest and I think google +.

It's a parking site. I have no clue how it goes to your site. BTW, what's your site name?

If you look closely at your analytics you will see that there's a 100% bounce rate,

These floating share buttons are probably from SEMALT and are just bots floating around the internet.

I wish google would sort out this problem as it's messing the visits.

You can filter them out in the analytic's filters

There's a bunch of different domains that do it, wanting you to check out their site to see why you're getting traffic, and then click on their affiliate link to buy the product they're pimping out.

Low class spam at it's best. It's gotta work at least part of the time, or you wouldn't have 30 similar domains showing up in Analytics.

I've tried getting rid of all them via the server .htaccess file but more keep appearing and putting a difference number before there domain.

I think these are referral spam and carry no value:
    free-social-buttons.com
    buttons-for-website.com
    success-seo.com
    Event-Tracking.com.
    floating-share-buttons.com

I have also facing same problem. But I had sorted it out with the help of this https://wordpress.org/plugins/bot-bl...ics-referrals/ plugin.

Most probably this is a spam bot. So don't bother but you should try to block that traffic as it uses your resources.

Where can I find floating social media buttons for Blogger?
Where can I find stylish social media buttons for Blogger? I've been searching like crazy and, while there are tons with WordPress plugins, there are only very generic floating social media buttons for Blogger.
The only one I've found is from https://siteapps.com but the buttons are so small and they only contain the basic social media like: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, RSS Feed and that's it!
