What are you waiting for? Since you are good at writing, you can either start getting writing contracts on Upwork.com right now. Or, you can create a website and offer content creation services. You can outsource the contents and keep the profit. Since you are "not bad" at wordpress, with the help of some plugins, you should be able to create a service website. If you can't, you can ask me- i can do- LOL
As per your first question, I started earning from my coding service. Now I am making 4K+ /month from it with comfortable effort,it is not that bad!

It is not replying to newbies that gets tiresome, it is replying to the same old questions that get asked every day by people who must think they are the first one to ever ask. In your case, I find it respectable that you have put yourself out there and tried a few things.

My advice would be to rethink the niches you are aiming at.

Don't take this personally, because I know nothing about you. But... who the hell are you, and why should anyone click on your links?

Once you can answer that with more than a dumbfounded expression on your face, you will be well on your way toward building sites that matter to people.

In other words, if you are not a product inventor/creator... or a subject matter expert... or at least significantly emotionally invested in your niche... then why would anyone use your site as a trusted resource over, say, an actual site that is authoritative in that niche?

You wouldn't put up Bravedancer's Hamburger Stand next door to McDonalds, would you?

But that is what you are doing when you try to compete with the big dogs yet lack credibility in front of your market.

This is why everyone says "follow your passion" - while it is a bit cliche, that doesn't mean it isn't true. If you don't own the product, or have any credibility with the userbase of a product, why would they buy from you? The only tool you have left is enthusiasm and expertise. You'll have to trot them out and use them as lassos to capture some market share.

To use your example, you created a directory of dentists. Who the hell are you to dentists? Is there some reason they should know you, like you, trust you and want to buy from you? If not, you are just another piece of spam in their mailbox.

Make yourself valuable to them. Give them something without the expectation of anything in return. Earn their trust and admiration. THEN you are in a position to sell them something.

Think about all of that, and keep moving forward.
