Good sites to partner for photo merchandising?

I'm thinking of offering some custom merchandizing at my travel destination website. Can anyone recommend a great website to help process orders, do all the production work and ship internationally?

Here are the things I am looking for in order of most to least importance:

- Good range of products that can be merchandised with my brand logo and/or scenic photos: from posters & calenders to mouse mats, stickers and buttons, t-shirts, water bottles, mugs, etc.
- Printing and shipping on demand. Zero inventory requirements. Free setup.
- Decent quality products with reasonable margins.
- Reliable and competitively priced international shipping. (to US/Europe/Asia)
- Customers having the option to see prices in their own currency (esp. US$, UK£, Euro) would be an advantage.
- Auto revenue split with a third party (photographers) could also be useful, if it was possible.

If anyone wishes to recommend any other reading for setting up such merchandising, I'd appreciate any links. Thanks for reading.

      Thanks for the focused search terms. I am still hoping someone might chip in who had similar requirements and would recommend a place or two. It's easy to waste a lot of time googling.
