  Most Youtube videos can be embedded on your sites. In most cases you can't edit them and change things but if they are generic you can use them for your own purposes. Check out the differences in their different licenses.

Can I use someone else's video to youtube on your site and connect Adsense? It seems to me that there can not be. thank.

  I don't think there's a problem here. As long as the embed code is available there should be no issues embedding a Youtube video on your site.
  
  If you're doing this for Adsense, I'd recommend making at least a few posts that have completely original content or curated content (with some original content of yours inside that curated post), especially if you're attempting to get Adsense approval.
