Site making $120 a month autopilot, what is it worth.

I have a website that is making around 120 a month off adsense. If I write more articles It could most likely get up to $200 a month 100% passive because I am ranking number 1 in google for the niche information site.

I have around 8k uniques with 20k views a month.

What is it worth. Also I am looking into buying as many of these 100% passive income sites as possible.

How much is a site worth that makes 100$ a month from amazon sales? I want to buy as many of those as I can. Thanks again.

    I can't speak for anyone else, but nothing you have mentioned is worth a plugged-nickel, to me. While I'm not adverse to passive income and am lucky to have some, I make most of my money the old-fashioned way. I work for it. :-)

      Well I worked for it yes. I made 30 articles and then did SEO its sister site has the same content but reworded and brings in 40$ a month, if I can get it to number 1 it will bring in around 300 in adsense or so I am guessing.

        It's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it. There is a very general "rule" that a site can sell for 5-10 times the monthly revenue but there are numerous factors that affect the worth of a particular site and there is simply no way to know until you actually try to sell it.

        Just some of the things that matter would be: the niche and subject matter, the domain name, the age of the site, the method of monetization, other potential methods of monetization, how long has the website been making money, what is the trend of revenue made, what is the expected future popularity, what is the expected future revenue, the design of the site, maintenance costs of the site, related ad costs, ongoing work required, other connected properties of the site....

        And I could go on for an entire page. So, as you can see, there are too many factors involved for anyone to give you an accurate answer about a specific site with just general information about current monthly revenue.

          I use adsense, it has been alive for 1.5 years. Income is slowly growing at about 10$ a month. Number one and only dedicated site in its niche on google. I say projected growth could be up to 200$ a month and that is about it. Unless someone found a way to market a product off the site.
