To Sell or Not To Sell?

Hi,

I have a couple of websites I am debating on selling off. Life has just taken a different direction and I don't have the time to keep up with them.

What are the best places to sell websites?

And how much can I expect to get for these?

(Sorry in case the first two don't load. Changing servers so that might happen depending on the time)

The most popular places to sell your websites are Sitepoint and Flippa.com or even Ebay. You can list your site for a few dollars (non-refundable). To find the prices of your websites, they can be appraised at Flippa. The value of your website depends on its domain, age, niche, probably website design but most importantly traffic. High traffic websites sells quickly and more profitable. If your site is rich in traffic, you would better list/show all the stats through screen shots, just like selling a physical product, show the prospective buyers all the plus points.

Expect 5-10x annual profits for your site if they're steadily bringing in income. If not, then you can only base your value on traffic...and they don't look like the kinds of sites that would have any natural traffic.

SitePrice estimates the value of all 3 combined is around $7k, but I'm guessing that the actual value would be less than half that. Ultimately though, they're worth whatever someone else is willing to pay.
