KW Research Idea - beat your competition

my first thread on warrior Forum. If its been discussed before I apologise Im a newbie!
In UK we have a gumtree similar to Craigs list. Now the Us version of gumtree is called kijiji. I believe ebay bought them a few years ago
Any how you can find a list of popular search terms by city or area
Example
NewYork
Kijiji Popular Searches for New York City
LA
Kijiji Popular Searches for Los Angeles
The popular searches link is right at the bottom of each page
Then you can go and do a search for all the rest of the US states. Then by country so you have a wealth of hot trends to monopolize on no excuse!!
So what ever your niche is go into that category and find the popular searches for that category to get additional low competition KW ideas
