First steps in ClickBank / Affiliation

Hi all,
I've been creating and promoting online courses to my lists for quite a while now and some of my IM friends recommended CB as a way of increasing my sales through affiliate promotions. I've posted 2 of my courses on ClickBank but, of course, it's not just about posting.
Can anyone recommend to me an online course, ebook or tutorial that would show me what to concentrate on regarding getting CB affiliates? (where do they hang out, what to tell them when I contact them, what should an affiliate page have, etc etc)
I tried contacting people in my niche and I received no response so I must be doing something wrong.

    as far as i know... there's cbengine to know all about clickbank product launch.
    in cb affiliates we no need to contacts every vendor to get approved as affiliate, just have cb account then we can promote these product.
    by the way, in every sales page ..we can gotta affiliates tools from vendor, just look at bottom of sales page, there's affiliate menu you can see.

    @iwankurniawan yes true, but I'm curious of the affiliate page is really helpful for the affiliate and if so .. what part. Do they copy/paste the swipes or they are interested only in the banners? Or maybe they don't use it at all.
