What makes/made you pick an affiliate program over another?

I'm looking for feedback to start an affiliate program to push a few of my compagnies.
I'm planning to use offerit, wich offer multi campaing tracking, real time stats and a tons of features.
I have a few features in mind : - No minimum payout - Custom creatives avaliable - Monthly payouts via paypal
What other features are important for you?

    I like to see quick affiliate payouts either by bank transfer anywhere in the world and also option to pay into a credit card. Apart from that the company looking after the affiliates need to be reputable.

    Aside from a quality product, cool creatives, good payout percentage, good tracking, reliable payment schedule, like to know that you have heavy hitters in the industry promoting it to generate buzz, knowing the sales page converts on the front-end and back-end with a higher-than-average epc, responsive customer service in case i've got questions...
