Hi Srikar,

Your site looks good overall. I would add some kind of small banner or header though to state your websites purpose. Is it news? Is it comedy? You have a large range of articles so it would be a good idea to let readers know what you're all about, first thing.

Secondly your call to action in your side bar does not stand out. You should change the coloration to make it attract the eye. I'd probably also move it up and place it above your trending posts. You should also consider offering something in return for the sub, I.E. a lead magnet like a video or free guide that would interest your audience.

You could also create a squeeze page for youor FB ad traffic sending them to your lead magnet. Making sure to have links for your blog inside the lead magnet. Developing your brand further.

Just one look at your page and I can see the problem here.
The page is too busy and therefore too confusing for first-time
visitors. It's like entering a department store without signs
so you know where the things are. Plus, you need to focus
your visitor attention to where YOU WANT THEM TO GO FIRST.

That's the beauty of a sales letter (I know this is not one)
the visitor has no option but to read the headline, then the
opening then ... you get the point.

EXCEPT people already know what you are about and are
coming here for extra information, you'll continue to get
the results you are seeing now.

I think the site looks fine. A lot of these entertainment websites have horrible designs and still pull in some major traffic. I wrote an article not too long ago that might interest you, called 10 awesome web traffic tips often over looked. 10 Awesome Web Traffic Tips Often Overlooked maybe it can help you. You just need to get the ball rolling a little and more importantly get some social shares, these types of sites NEED social traffic to survive.

What are you trying to accomplish at your site?

How are you planning to make money?

What do you offer that is important, valuable, and viewer-centric?

How is your site different than all the other free video sites available?

Who makes up your targeted audience? And what are they looking for?

I took a quick look at your site and it seems to me that it has no real purpose, no focus, nothing of value to a subscriber. I could certainly be wrong, but your purpose wasn't readily discernible. You only have a few seconds to grab a viewer's attention and engage him.

Please tell us what you're trying to accomplish.

Hello Steve,

Buzzfeed is what we are trying to create, we are based out of India and this is our first attempt, The site itself has content that is read by someone for passing time, we are definitely not adding value, what we are doing is just collecting some stuff over the net and posting it again. We are not looking for monetization instead we want to generate sufficient traffic for future business, that is we will be going for ecommerce business in India itself ( just like http://lazyninja.in , though this site will run as usual). We want to target audience from US as well as India, why US? we want it to be like Buzzfeed, and for US region we are looking for something like Kinja deals, where as in India fully fledged ecommerce site. We will be diverting the traffic geographically.

Do let me know what you think, is the grammer good ot bad or okay in the website?, Thanks in advance.

I hate the popup. It is way too intrusive.

Also, your content is pretty poor. Horrible grammar and sentences that make little sense throughout. If you are promoting this in English speaking nations, that is why you are getting no engagement. I would run from a site like that.

Like Steve said when we see your site we can't see any real purpose. not really targeted to anything.

now as you have replied to Steve's Comment now it is confirmed that you have no real purpose behind creating this site other that generating traffic for your up coming business.

I don't recommend you to go this route because I don't think you can drive good amount of traffic if they don't see any real purpose or goal. and even if you do get some traffic. That traffic will not convert for you.

So Don't try to sell your stuff to everyone, just focus on your target audience, the people who are already interested in the product/service that you are offering.

NO OFFENSE, Site is good just need a direction,

Looking good Sri!

Clean and neat, I like it. I'd definitely add an opt in form somewhere; record email addressed to bring in repeat visitors to boost your traffic and to increase your engagement.

This is the onsite side of things. Off-site; comment on relevant blogs. Build friendships with folks from your niche. Being tweeted by influencers from your niche expands your reach and boosts your credibility. Form prospering partnerships which open so many doors for you, it's not even funny

I just don't know where to look your site is so busy mate. Also you really do need an opt-in, a free eBook something of value to give to your readers in order to build an email list and a following.

You need this to be above the fold so your readers see it instantly when they land on your site.

If you do not have enough fan in your facebook, how will you get the traffic? So you need to increase your fan to increase your site traffic. Beside the facebook, you should use the SEO, you can do the Relevant Forum posting, Relevant blog commenting or, Article submission or, some other works like these. If you can do this, I believe your site traffic will increase. Thanks a lot.

Speaking of English-speaking nations, have you considered that "DNA Flow" might have a totally different connotation than what you intended? For many, it might sound like you sell a masturbation aid for men.

And the last thing most people need - or will deliberately seek out - is help procrastinating. It's one thing most of us have already mastered.
