    I did a lot of directory submission and I would say with you that nowadays, their quality is not good as it before. You should focus on forum and blog. These sources are more quality

      Totaly agree! Getting links from directory websites with high PR or not would probably be damaging to your rankings. You are effectively creating a non-natural link back to your website. Google won't like it!
