The best advantage of this is that you get PLR packages which haven't already been released all over the Web, giving you the real possibility of sales and breaking into a new niche.

I have some in my signature that have everything you listed but a squeeze page (some have a 5 part autoresponder series but not a separate squeeze page). You may want to change the graphics generally though on any plr package you buy so it will look more original than others that use straight out of the box.
