why is it so easy to create blogger templates then wordpress templates

hi just wondering why is it so easy to create a template with blogger i know how to make a template custom made also the way i would like it to be but with wordpress i cant why is that is it coz my brain thinks blogger is easy for me only if there where something like blogger but you cant convert blogger templates into wordpress can you ?

      Blogger sites can and frequently are deleted at a whim. Google owns them and you remain in their hands. A website created through Wordpress.org software with your own domain name and your hosting is YOUR property and will never operate at someone else's inclination.

      No sensible IM'er would ever trust their website and ultimately, their income to something as arbitrary as Google.

    It's because blogger and wordpress work on entirely different platforms. Wordpress works from a mysql database and PHP code. And it's the unlimited number of things that you can do with it that makes template-building difficult.

    I don't know what the heck blogger works from, but I know it's faster and more limited as a result.
