A band I like have released an album and are directing fans to a squeeze page to download the album for free:

I'd like to set up something similar for my band, who just finished recording a 5-song EP.
- Are there any WordPress templates made especially for this? What have other bands used with success?
- What auto responder will I need if I'll be doing display and Facebook ad buys? I'm not sure how many will click and enter their email.
- Where should I host the album download? (My band has 5 songs, so an estimated 40 megs of audio.)
What is the most cost-effective way of doing this without exceeding bandwidth, threshold for email names? What would you do?
