Google "vanity" number. How did I get this one.

Complement your IM business with a "Vanity" Phone Number.
This post is really a reminder to everyone that you don't have to settle for any ol phone number Google assigns to you via Google Voice.
You can enter a word and get the phone number built on that word. But, here is the funniest thing. Not funny haha but funny strange.
I have a few forums and I thought it would be "cute" to have a Phone # with Forum in the number, so I entered forum and Google assigned me one where the last for digits spell the word Forum.
Here is where it gets strange. The Area code for this number is 424 which is the area code for Inglewood CA.
If you know anything about Inglewood CA it's the home of the famous sports/entertainment arena named, yep, you guessed it, The FORUM.
I thought to myself certainly they already have a vanity number with the word forum.
No, they don't. They just have a plain ol hard to remember regular number.
And how easy is this to remember, my google # 42.42.4Forum Or I could say it 4.24.24.Forum It's easy to remember either way.
Too bad I don't really "Own" That # It's only mine as long as Goog Lets me use it. They say "lifetime" but who knows.
