Any marketers in the web designers\programmers niche?

Well, I'm a web designer myself, i have a website with a lot of psd freebies which attract around 10,000/month of the crowd of web designers and developers - most of them are.
I'm looking for a good and profitable affiliates program or a good product\plugin to sell via my website.
i used to work with Themeforest.net affiliates program, but it's just awful! They get you like 30% on the first sale only. plus not keeping cookies so well.
I also checked out ElegantThemes but there are not so beautiful themes like in Theme forest.

any recommended affiliates programs or ways to have income in this niche of designers and developers?
which fit to a websites with thousands of monthly visitors? (most of them looking for websites and apps PSDs...)

    Uhm.. it's not that simple, to "ask them", they don't really know - i need to be the smart one and give them what they didn't thought they would want...
    So guys? any ideas?
    a website with so much traffic! it's a shame it goes to waste over Themeforest's suck affiliates program!
