Hi,

Delighted to be a member of this forum, finding some really useful information here.

The company I am with are starting a new web hosting venture and I have been tasked with generating leads.

From researching competitors around Europe it seems that, beyond SEO and PPC the main source of leads for them is affiliate marketing.
This is something I have relatively unfamiliar with at the moment but am always keen to learn.

Would anyone have any advice on generating affiliates? I'm going through tech blogs and the obvious choices, however we are looking for SME based leads and these people may not be the typical tech blog readers.

    For one thing you could start right with your Sig.

    You need to have a little more incentive for people to click on it.
    Like " Potentially earn $100 per new Customer as an Affiliate for the no.1 Web Hosting in the World "

    Try to come up with a great call-to-action statement. Not something that they've heard before or not something that would make them think that you're just like any other company out there. Try using reverse psychology, as well. Be creative. Works great for me, most of the time.
