ppc and destination URL's with 3rd party landing pages
Can someone please tell me if its possible to use google adwords or bing ppc and have the click go to a landing page I create on getresponse.
My confusion is this, say i get a good domain name for an affiliate offer and I make a landing page with getresponse. Now when making the ppc ad, for display url I put my great domain name but I have to send the click to the landing page.
I could have a sub domain of my great domain and do some kind of cname direct to the landing page on getresponse or I could send it straight to the address I create on getresponse, like: great dot gr8 dot com
But the display url and destination url would not match unless i used the crappy landing page url from getresponse for both.
So is there a way to make it work with the rules of ppc with display url and destination url?

After reading an article, The cname record is the answer. I don't really know what that means but apparently by doing that, the landing page from getresponse can be displayed on my sub domain i create on my own domain.
Is this correct and that will work for ppc?
