Traffic Jeet 2 , Really works?

Hi, I'm Gih, from Brazil! (sorry for my english, okay?!).
I would like to know if traffic jeet is really good to promote youtube videos?

I have a beauty channel and i'm having problem to get views, subscribers because nobody watch my videos! And I would like to buy a software that help me with this.

I see lots of people here on Brazil getting really big on YT, and I wonder what I'm doing wrong.

If something could help me, I appreciate!

    What are you doing to promote your YT videos? Or are you just expecting to get traffic as soon as you upload your video?
