How would you tweak my plan?

So I want to go into the weight loss market. I got good, unique, effective methods.

Tell me what you think of my plan and how I can improve.

1. Create a product - maybe a couple products on clickbank, perhaps a video series, and some kind of coaching package.

2. Build a blog/sales page - Provide helpful tips and relevant facts/research pertaining to weight loss. Perhaps add some affiliate products in there. Offer a subscription and start building a list

3. Bring in traffic - Targeted FB ads, make regular videos on YouTube and???

What would you do differently here?

    Skip the youtube videos, useless.

Focus on creating a quality product.

    Get some JV offers.

    Pray for profit.

There are MANY companies gathering testimonials on product which have been tested for the last year. These guys KNOW what needs to be done, and that is a ton of testimonials.

YOU, going to create a product? Sure go ahead. Compare it with the Clickbank products with doctors, celebrities and advanced marketers.

WHO says you have "good, unique, effective methods"?

And will you dedicate the next year to your product? If not, why not just be an affiliate and pay the way while you develop your product, and give it the necessary time and respect it needs to compete?

PS. My "tweak", just sell other stuff.

I have to agree with gjabiz.

The only way to create a successful weight management product is to be good.

I doubt you are a doctor or celebrity so...

You can also ask gjabiz about the cash machine he is developing offline. Maybe you can skip all the work altogether.

        Re: cash machines.

Even small little potatoes income streams, need an occasional spin.
Giant cash machines have a lot of moving parts and often parties.

TIME is the equalizer. Having spent 2 decades in nutritional supplements and having written many mail pieces, and working along side of doctors, in some very big diet companies...the small boutique product will find a limited audience.

OF course, anyone can pursue their diet dreams, others have done it.

Like the cash machine you allude to, nothing new. All tested, proven and scores of people from the WF having offline success doing them.

I don't presume to tell anyone what to do, simply give them a reality look at what is ahead.

IF one has the time and resources, by all means, develop your diet...or any other product you choose.

But there are a few here, who could probably do better with their goals, if they took the time to think them through, eh?

No, wouldn't do this.... 1. Make a product... 2. List it on JVZOO or Clickbank 3. Solo ads... Done!

Don't complicate things if you don't have too...

Why do people look for ways to make it hard???? )))

      simplistic advice?

Can you show us a diet (product) which is listed on either of those, and they are using solo ads?

      Make a product. Simple? OK.

      List it. OK.

Spend on solo ads? Is this all there is too it? Sounds easy enough, does your simple system make any one any money? How fast?

Well, look, there are some things you just have to figure out... Otherwise we would all be billionaires.... right ?

Look, in my opinion, solo ads are the simplest... Just look into that...research it, learn it,try it... If you don't like it I understand it..... But it has worked for me... I recommend it.

Congratulations. You've decided to compete in one of the most "Shark Invested", Hyper-Competitive and Failure prone markets on the planet. But I'm sure you know that. But I noticed you missed a glaring oversight in your plan.

I suggest before you create the product, sales page/blog and do the other fun stuff others have suggested, do one important thing. Unless you like wasting time and money you'd better Test The "Idea" First.

You said you have Good, Unique Methods. So, run it by people in authority, influencers, and other people in the "diet market" know. Even run test ads (dry-runs) to your target market and see if anyone responds. They'll tell you instantly if you have "good unique methods" as you claim.

Or you can ignore the advice (toss the dice) and risk becoming another weight loss marketing statistic.
