The Flow Of Marketing
- They meet the client and gather information.
- They let their team know the results of the meeting.
- They seem to work at figuring out what it is that the client wants to let the customer know.
- They think of the clients customers and what needs they have that the product or service may meet. They also think of any reasons the customer may not want it.
- They come up with a catchy slogan that they base all other ideas on.
- They create advertisments that make people want to share the ad with others.
One thing that I have noticed is that they never seem to think about where their customer is, and how their customer will find the ad.
I wonder if that is because when you have a catchy ad you only have to put it in front of a few people to get it going. For example, one company wanted to paint a subway station and train. But it was for a national product! How did they expect this single action would spread to the rest of the country?
