How Can I get internet leads for my insurance services?

I have no idea on how to generate internet leads for insurance. I am doing a lot of door to door and live off of referrals but I need the internet leads I just have no clue on how to do this. I would appreciate any suggestions and tips from the experts.

Reach out to blogs that feature insurance content.

    Ask to contribute content.

The content you contribute has a link to your email collection page.

One alternative is to give out free insurance pamphlets to your offline contacts with an online redemption code.

People have to leave their email and phone number to redeem the discount.

There are several ways of getting internet leads for insurance services such as you can search for the blogs that have characteristic features of insurance and comment on them with your company’s URL. You can also do your business listing on several listing websites like yelp, yellow pages etc… on internet.

Here is a relatively recent Thread about another Warrior who was getting leads for an Offline business. You might find a few good tidbits of info.
      ( Disclosure: Personally, I wouldn't advice creating a fake website though )

You can buy them as well. However, most of those leads that have not been sold to are extremely expensive. The cheaper leads have been called to a bunch of times.

I know a full time insurance agent that does really well that buys his own leads.

Have you thought about social media marketing? You can develop a high-quality campaign that targets a specific audience really inexpensively. Plus, this will reinforce your branding and provide a traffic stream for your webpage, if you have one.

Insurance is an extremely busy market, maybe you could approach this from a different angle.

A lot of people do not understand insurance. You could try creating a resource that explains the different complexities of insurance in simple terms and from there, offer your insurance service to the qualified leads your resource generates.

Get someone to build you a page where you can collect a name and email and then follow up with your prospects.

Then just do pay per click marketing with Google and Yahoo. Make sure that you start small and don't spend a whole lot per day when beginning. You want to test the waters and make sure that with each day you are learning and tweaking things. Get started with a budget of $10-$20 per day.

People here are going to give you a lot of great advice but paid ads with pay per click is the way to go.

I would do some simple lead generation advertising via Google Adwords and Bing Ads. With the proper website /landing page layout, Adwords should accept your ad. This is just too easy. But you never mentioned what kind of insurance leads you need (ex: health insurance, car insurance, homeowners insurance, etc.)

I would suggest doing a Google search and take a look at what ranks high in the search engines naturally, as well as in Adwords. Spend some money testing the leads for the top 3 company's you find and continue from there.

Really what you need to do is jump in somewhere and begin testing. You will be surprised how soon the cream of the crop rises to the surface.

You should generate fresh content pages which will bring you leads in weeks or month. It is not a quick process, you should understand this before making a website and pages with unique content. Another way is - buying leads. You may use this way till the moment you have your new quite good working website. You may try insuranceleadsagent DOT com

What kind of insurance? Life? Property/casualty? Maybe as an investment?

Whatever it is, rest assured, people are not buying "insurance". So start thinking about the circumstances that prompt people to look at the various products.

Take whole life and its derivatives. One reason people buy it is to add to a retirement plan. some do it to build value for sending a child through college. Look for the places people in those situations gather.

The same applies to property/casualty. I once read that the best time to sell security systems is after a breakin.

Apply some thought and imagination. You might be surprised at what pops out.

Your post suggests that you are having at least a bit if success in your field. Listen to your buyers - WHY are they buying insurance. I'll bet you a dollar to a doughnut is isn't because you happened to knock on their door...

If you have an ad budget, then Bing PPC and Opt In Intelligence are good options.
