I have designed a bumper sticker/car window sticker. How do I go about getting it trademarked or patented? is the such a thing?

Your best bet for research and application is trademarkia(dot)com. You can search to see both for the U.S. and internationally if you have any conflicts. You can also apply for a trademark online at this site.

In other words, why ask us when you can go straight to the source?

    Cheers,
    Wayne.
    What part did you design?

If it's the physical thing itself, you need a patent.
If it's the image, you need a copyright.
If it's a company logo, you need a trademark.

It will help if you learn what you need.
