About solo ads - people aren't tired of them?

people in a list of a solo ad seller - they used to get all the time his solo ads to different offers - mostly freebies... I mean, when a seller is selling solo ads too much, his list will be tired of this... and the same niche offers again and again. so they will just click and maybe opt-in but they will be skeptical...
how do you deal with it?
plus, even if you already found a good seller, you can use his list just once, right? so you need to keep looking. What are you guys doing?

    A good solo ad seller is constantly building his or her list. So as people opt-out of their list new people are opting-in. This is called churn and burn. You can have the same solo ad seller send out a new email each week for you and each email reach totally different people on their lists.

    You are raising kind of a theoretical question.
    For what is a better alternative to solo ads?

    Safelists for example? They are actually much cheaper but also have a much lower clickthrough rate. The maximum you possibly get is what you are paying for.

    If you already found a good soload seller, I think you should stick to him/her - using their offer maybe once a month.

      I have a related question .
      I purchased solo ads from a top seller a a particular site ( I will not name here ) I received a very low optin rate of 6 1/2 % from an opt in page that usually is 35 - 40 % . The ad from the seller clearly statted 100 % teir 1 . I contacted him about this and soon after he took down the ad . He then said he charged $60 less than I paid so I had to show proof . He had no reply to this . I suspect the most of the site is this way .

      My question ; Is there a website I may add this site to so people are aware of the tactics being used by the sellers ?

    Started off by finding IM solo ad providers. The goal was to build a list of 500 subscribers as well as watch the conversion to sales.

    Specifically inquired with different solo ad providers if they would do a 100 click campaign for a certain price range per click. The goal was to send the clicks to a landing page and let the funnel handle the opt-ins, email list and sales.

    I used different ad providers to test their opt-in conversion. I followed their stats: Number of raw and unique clicks, number of opt-ins, and opt-in conversion percentage as well as sales. The average was 40%. One of them came in at 63%!

    I used different SA providers until I hit my goal of 500 subscribers. Now I have a sampling of which Solo Ad provider to work with based on these stats.

    I have to agree with Rob Whisonant on this.A good seller is always increasing their lists.
    I am sure you are subscribed to plenty of lists but how often do you get the same offer appear in your inbox?
    Find a good solo ad seller and stick with them.

      There are a lot of well respected Solo ad Sellers out there and the best way to filter them is to contact them and talk to them about their list. It is also important to ask what sort of offers their list relate to best. Most solo ad sellers are either buying traffic for new leads doing adswaps or clickbanking so their lists are getting new subscribers regularly. I have noticed a lot more dodgy sellers on the market and a big drop in the number of subscribers that actually open emails but in saying that I make most of my sales from Solo ads so find some good suppliers and they will look after you.
      If you are on facebook there are a number of groups that have solo ad testimonials the guys that run these groups do not put up with crap sellers. There are also groups that expose scam sellers so facebook is a great place to do some homework before you but

    pretty hit and miss solo ads, thats why i just stick to search ads n fb (which is what i personally recommend)
    but if you insist on using them
    be sure to ask some questions before any money changes hands
    like....
    the list niche?
    list size?
    list quality (tier 1, tier 2, tier 3)?
    whens the earliest they can send them out?
    are they prepared to keep sending until the order is complete?

    if all is good then run an ad
    then it just depends on your funnel really

    Whichever solo ad seller you want to try out, it would be a good idea to first get on his list as a subscriber for few days and see how many and what kind of offers you will be getting. If you are getting too many offers, then it is probably not a wise decision to buy a solo ad with this seller as his list might be unresponsive.

    Getting on the list of the solo ad seller has another benefit. You can know what kind of offers people are getting so that you can offer something different in order to get better response. Think about it - if the list members keep getting offers of a free ebook which talks about solo ads, don't you think you will have a better chance if your free ebook offering is on a different topic?

    Whichever solo ad seller you want to try out, it would be a good idea to first get on his list as a subscriber for few days and see how many and what kind of offers you will be getting.

      "Don't leave fish to chase fish."

      In other words, if you find a vendor that can deliver satisfactory results for you, keep using them until they don't. That doesn't mean you shouldn't have a backup plan, just that most advertisers get bored long before the audience does.

      I don't use solos, but this principle works in enough other areas that I'm betting it work here as well.

        the principle does work very well in the solo ad world.

        The most amount of money invested in solos always came down to a few specific people.
