  One part they look at how the aussie govt is try to advertise to prevent meth addiction...some of the overseas ads on that are shown and the methodology is quite interesting to study.

Such shows should really be required viewing for online marketers. Too few people, or so it seems, extend their education beyond forums and blogs, traditional IM learning centres, in other words. Just seeing if I can get it in the UK. Other shows I like: Shark Tank, The Pitch, Mad Men.

  There is some good insightful stuff in relation to "extending the happy dance moment"...
  
  ...that is the time where someone's pet dances around waiting to be fed...
  
  and how the the pet food companies are trying to get the owner to spend more time in prepping the pet's meal to extend what is perceived by the advertiser as one of the rewards of pet ownership.

Each year this show runs they have a segment...

last season it was What would Putin do?

...surprise....surprise...this year it's

"What would Trump do?"

There was some good content on FMCG and how every marketer should spend some time working in or studying in that area....

One thing I found interesting was that the two leading pet food manufacturers are...

MARS....and...

...NESTLE.
