Clickbank product dissaproved? What to do?

I'm seeking some advice as to what to do with our dissaproved product on Clickbank? The reason states"

"We're sorry, but due to a variety of security
precautions we're unable to accept your account into the ClickBank network."

What do we do? Please advice, we've worked 5 months on this product, and its by far much better products than what I have seen in a long time! Its a diet product!

Your site is probably made with wishlist.

It is why i don't use wish list. 9 times out of a 10 if it is sitting on a pirated site, it was secured with wish list. Personally I use Digital Access Pass. Must more robust solution IMO.

You want to make sure there are no :"admin" rights users.

Clickbank is probably referring to a security flaw in the hosting for the membership site you created. Ask them and they will tell you if the problem is a website security problem or not.

Search this thread on Warrior Forum for more info how this other warrior member (not me) accessed membership sites and got the content for free.

"How I pirated over $30k worth of training of the past 30 days..." it is another thread in this section.

    Good luck!

Just direct your concerns to Clickbank. Call them.

Like others said you need to contact clickbank and then impliment any changes. I once had to tweek a site 48 times before they accepted. Which was frustrating but worth it in the end. Your other alternative is to try JVZoo.

Yes I already did contact them, there is no phone number to reach them directly is there? It looks like there is only one for the consumer, not vendors!

    Any other valueable suggestions?

They definitely have support for vendors. Call them and tell them you're a vendor. I've talked to them before.

Are you able to put up a link to your site so people here can see your site and give you more tailored advice.
For example when I contacted CB they wanted me to add a footer which i did but it turned out i didn't add it in the way they wanted. So you really need to stay in contact with CB through their tickets and do what they say until you get approved.

The wording sounds more like they denied your CB account, not your product submitted. What country are you from? Is the personal information submitted real or possibly not match the IP location logged in from? It sounds more like you triggered there fraud control filters when you opened your CB account.

Well have you tried posting your product to other providers such as JVZoo or WarriorPlus?

Off course, I'm assuming your product is in the Internet Marketing niche.. If not, there's probably other places you host your product to depending on your niche.

You can try zaxaa.com as well..

Contact them and see what the problem is. Or simply go to another affiliate network like JVZOO, Commission Junction, Paydotcom, or Click2Sell. It's not about the network or the product. It's all about the marketing.

Have you got rights to that product? It was created by JJ Smith and is available on Amazon for less than $10. https://www.amazon.com/10-Day-Green-.../dp/1501100106

When visiting your website now, it goes to a HostGator suspended page.

Have they cracked down on products that make questionable health claims? Because is losing 10-15 lbs in 10 days really possible by drinking a Smoothie every day?

I'm not bashing the product. I'm just curious. I mean -- it that would work, please tell me. I 'd love to drop a few pounds, and if I can do it by downing a mashup of fruits and veggies, I'll do it!

I'd be onto Clickbank to tell you WHY they have disapproved your product. Without this information you can't make changes to get the product approved.

This has nothing to do with your product. They denied your account. You need to establish a valid account with them first. Once you have an approved ACCOUNT, then submit your product. If they have a problem with your product they actually tell you what the problem is so you can fix it.

They apparently think the ACCOUNT you created is fake or fraudulent. Create a NEW account and make sure all the information you use to open the account is legit.

Agree with this. Had a few clients who had there account application denied in an identical way. Submit a valid application. Contact there support to make sure that everything is in order. Then submit your first product for approval.

I doubt this is correct. In order to submit a product you first have to create an account and that was not rejected.

There's a similar case here where the vendor already had successful affiliate accounts and it pointed to the problem being with the product.

Big difference. The one you cited told them exactly what was wrong and what needs to be corrected. The OP was rejected and not told what was wrong. Unless they are leaving something out and not saying what was actually said to them.

Also on the OPs site, if you click through to buy, it says the account has not been verified. Not that the product has not been approved.

Now I think we can agree that CB needs to word things a little better.

I have worked with many JV partners and when a product is not approved, they work with you extremely well and let you know what needs to be changed to get it approved.

But you could be 100% correct and I could be 100% wrong. We are dealing with Clickbank here.

It actually says 'has not been activated' - which may be a subtle difference

    Hello Smolody

Have you ever tried contacting them? Well Same as other sites which is same as cickbank they have their own rules and regulation in approving the product. They have an activation pay that you need to pay, if you already pay for that it is your right contact them and ask them directly. Another suggestion is maybe you can use other site to post and sell your product, have you tried ebay, amazon.JVZoo or neverblue. There are a lot of websites that offer the same service as clickbank these site may help you to get more internet marketing. Thanks

I can make out spinach, pineapple chunks, banana, flaxseeds but no mention of marshmallow.

Yes I did try to contact them, I've wrote them several times, from support section on their website to their direct email which I have given above. Its been more than a week and they dont reply. There is no suppport phone number for vendors, so once again I'm not sure what to do.

I know there is other platforms where I can run this product, but I know CB has the most potential.

I'd like to hear some more suggestions, I'm willing to try them all, I gotta get this product approved. Spend so much money and time into, it needs to get approved!

Of all the factors that may play into the success/failure of your product... the affiliate network you are listed on has the LEAST impact.
