  A couple different ones for different reasons....
  
  First of all the Nike Slogan even though the inspiration for the words are credited to a guy that was facing the Firing Squad....Just Do It!
  
  And there are many great quotes that have stuck with me....
  
  "Live for today and not tomorrow. Live for the now and what is here. Stop living for what maybe or what may never come. Live for the day already here. Never hold back and never lose a moment, because you never know when things will be gone . Life is taken as quick as it given. So each day is a gift and a blessing! Enjoy and make the most of each and every day"

build a list.
collect as much information from your buyers as you can (home address...)
the fortune is in the follow up.
