  I am going to give you a couple of tips:
  
  1) Use your the keyword that you want to rank in a file name that you want to rank. For example, if the keyword is "make money online", the file should have this name: make-money.online.mp4
  
  2) The title should start with your main keyword + some relevant information
  
  3) The description should have your main keyword, tags of the video and in the end, I advise you to put the link of the YouTube video URL.
  
  4) Tags: Use the keyword as the only tag
  
  5) Then you should use a some backlink services to improve the rankings (Fiverr is a nice place to buy it, since YouTube will not index the video).

Yep! I agree with Randall

All the big boys, Google, Ebay, Fiverr, YouTube etc are looking for signals, and quality.

Aside from making sure you have the keywords in the title, description etc, and perhaps naming the video file itself with the keywords, you should tweet the link and post the link on Facebook etc.

You can also quite natural views from FollowLike.net

When creating your video, you should already have in mind what your next video will be about. So, when ending your video, add a teaser for your next video and ask your viewers to subscribe to your channel to get notified when the video is uploaded. In that way, you will grow your number of subscribers over time and get more views to new videos when you add them.

If you read around WF, you can find many answers in regards to Youtube SEO. Instead, then, let me throw 4 things to consider, off the top of my head:

1. Information ranks and converts better than promotion.
2. Video A gives your target audience what they want.
3. Video B, ranked in YT, Google, Yahoo, and Bing, gives them what they need.
4. Video AB gets traffic from related videos.

Do not buy likes,views or comments.
You risk having your video removed or your account deleted.
Optimise and create videos which provide value to the viewer and your views will increase over time.
I make a lot of Adsense income from YouTube so am familiar with what works.
YouTube is a waiting game.

Well, Marketing is the best way to bring traffic on Videos, I love embedding my videos in my blogs and I think, it will work for you too. Apart from this, you can market your videos on Social Media. It will work too.

1st edit your videos onpage area like thumbnail, title, description and keywords tags,related as your video. then you can promote video like as social media sites and forum sites ( must be related as your video)
don't buy any like , share or comments, if you do this you must kick by google because it's a google product.

3. Fresh news? Your perspective is important, leave a comment!
4. Engage channels proximity with collaborations!
5. Drive more engagement replying to any reaction so fast!
6. Make live events and promote everywhere!
7. Embed your stuff on related sites and blogs as much as You can!
8. Don't steal content but learn, learn, learn and make it better!
9. Use a unique tag to mark all your content!

ON page Optimization for a start

-Name your video file with the keyword you are targeting
-upload it with a title and well written and unique description that include keywords (Not keyword stuffing)
-upload the video transcript
-Link in your description the areas where you want your viewers to take note of(there are videos on youtube you can learn how to do this with.)
-put the link of the video in the description
-your subscriber link in the description too
-Add one or two annotations or card
-give it some tags. do not over do it

Offline optimization

-Leave comments on related and well-established video channels
-Embed the videos to your blog
-share on all the social sites YouTube provides below the video
when you have at least 400 views and some likes you can start using Fiverr to promote it.

Doing just half of these optimization tips your video will easily rank on the YouTube platform and will naturally start getting you views, likes and some subscription will just go a long way to rank the video on Google.

As always this is very effective if you do your keyword research well. Hope you can pick up one or two tips here.

Vlogging is a good way to engage users, since you're speaking directly to them, so that's a good niche to look at.

Finding more visits of your video need to do some previous activities at the time of uploading your video on youtube. In this case need to set proper keywords on that video so that most of the searcher can reach to your channel on youtube. At a time you can promote your video on social sites for getting more immediate result.
