Sample Privacy policy & disclaimer for a Paypal Payflow Pro site?

Hi ladies and gentlemen,

I sell an ebook, and collect payments through paypal payflow pro, and regular paypal.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of a good disclaimer and privacy policy in this scenario?

I asked PayPal, they didn't have... thanks!

Hello there

You can make your own disclaimer and privacy policy in that case. Why not use terms like required a legit credit card or paypal account like that.

You can also have then fill up a form where all there details are there, so that you can contact them anytime you like. It is also one way of marketing as you have there email so you can contact them when you have new products.
