Word Press post question

In a Word Press blog, when you click on a post title, it is supposed to take you to a page with only that post. But when I tried to click on the title, it took me to a page that said , "Not found." Is this something that has to be enabled on the back page?
I am referring to www.watchyourtrainerblog.com

    Check your permalinks to make sure that's set right.

    Since this URL displays the single post:
    Fitness from the Water Park to the Buffet Line
    most likely you modified the permalink structure and WP wasn't able to write to the .htaccess file AND you didn't update it manually. Go to Settings > Permalinks and after updating it look at the bottom of the page where WP tells you whether it was able to write to the .htaccess file or not... and it gives you the exact code you are supposed to copy/paste into the .htaccess file.
