ARticle directories for do-follow links

Are there any article directories or content aggregator sites that allow do-follow links without any constraints? I mean there are some which allow do-follow links if you buy a paid plan or if you garner enough votes from their readers such that you become a featured contributor or something like that. But I'm looking for some place where I can just register and start posting.

Surprisingly their FAQs and Submission Guidelines, in most cases, don't mention anything about this. Also, I e-mailed about half-a-dozen sites asking this question but only one replied.

Anybody can help please?

Check out these, there the ones I used to use and allow Do-Follow Links as far as i can remember and all have good Page Rank and Alexa Rank.

    EzineArticles
    GOArticles
    Amazines
    ArticleFactory
    A1Articles
    SooperArticles

But the link quality from article directories these days isn't really any good, you would be better off spending time getting links from other sources.

      Hi Shane,

      Thank you.

Actually Ezine has went completely no-follow since last year.

The only site that replied to my e-mail is Amazines and they said they allow do-follow links "only on featured authors. To be featured, submit three good articles, post a pic and a bio and then apply."

Actually my SEO clients want me to get these published on such sites. So there's that.

      Hi Complex,

It's not for me but for my SEO clients. They require me to get the articles published there.

By the way, I don't quite understand why are content directories not effective any more. After all they have good domain authorities and if one can get do-follow links, it should work well.

I said above my clients want me to get the articles published on content directories. Read before replying. My clients themselves are SEO companies. I'm only following their directions. I'm a writer, not an SEO expert.
