Can you get sued from ads on your page?

For example if I have the title on my sidebar above the ads as 'Recommended'
and someone clicks that ad and something goes wrong for whatever reason with whatever they clicked.

Can this come back to me in any way from a legal standpoint since I had the word recommended above that ad?

Should I add a disclaimer on the page for this reason?

    It is possible to get sued for anything. Probably won't though for just recommending something.
