What is UG in internet marketing today ?

Hello everyone,
I'm a newbie in IM . My friend tell me about a phrase called "UG" .

Can you show me what does it mean ? I'm so disquite when hearing that "if you want to earn thousand$ per month by MMO, you need to UG's support a lot, unless, your efforst is hopeless".Can you tell me something about this opinion ?

I really wanna build my MMO Enterprise correctly. I don't want to lose mu belief in MMO Amazing World

    UG is your User Gravity. You can find this simply by taking your website traffic (Tier One country visitors per month, adjusted by timezone and referral link niche, of course) and dividing it by the total RGB factor of all of your front page's graphics. For MMO sites, you want to make sure you can support a UG of at least 40, and ideally 50, in order to maximize your income. Some of the best MMO have an unbelievable UG of 62.7!
