Except for self-discipline,How I Can Get Rid of Nightmare Competitors to Research(click) My Ads

I have some PPC compaigns in google adwords, now i am wondering ,except for embracing the value of self-discipline among the internet marketers, How can I avoid them from clicking my Ads.
