Add new loosely related product to existing brand website or create new domain and site?
my main business website has been recently completely overhauled and is just starting to settle down in the search engines and starting to rank for new keyword targets. It deals with software development for desktop, web and mobile.
I have also started being asked by existing clients to perform SEO Services and would like to start actively marketing these services on the web.
From a purely branding point of view it makes sense to add these services to the existing site.
From an SEO point of view, are the niches relevant enough? Would the new content be considered related and aid in creating authority?
Should I rather be creating a new site for these services with their own branding and social accounts etc.?
This is obviously an important decision and I would appreciate your thoughts before committing to a path that it would be difficult the change later.
