Where does the traffic come from (countries and sources)? Are you using Google Analytics?

Also, check out Greyhound SEO - a new SEO agency based in Essex, yet, service the whole globe.

How are you generating your traffic? Google, social media? Do you do any paid advertising?

Also.... your site seems to try to cover everything. Sex, nutrition, weight loss, health, etc. You're trying to tackle everybody, but in truth, you're not reaching anybody.

Redesign your site, and focus on 1 small niche. If you choose "sex", then focus solely on "sex for men" topics - and sell them info/products that can improve their sex life (or whatever sexual issue they have).

Create a persona of your target market

Choose from the subscribers in your list and
check their behaviours, their voice and their language

Engage them and ask them questions..

    Treat them like humans!

Very well said Carlo and in addition try and concentrate on one particular sub niche cause you are involved in too many sub niches .

For example you can work on weight loss & fitness or Sex & women.

Target your market specifically and build your audience around it cause even the subscribers you've build from your blog are broad, all in various needs but if you are specific then you will be able to monetize them properly.

      Hope that helps

Website is too busy and broadly targeted - on first impression I have no idea what you're about. And nothing compels me to stick around or sign up.

Also people have become blind to side bar offers and ads. Put your freebie offer at the top of the page in a 'feature box' - better chance of grabbing visitors' attention.

      Hey bro..

I think you have to many images/ banner ads within the body of your article.. It's distracting..Try and clean that up..I would change the google ad to text only and leave it within the article but totally remove the clickbank ad..Just play around with it and see if that helps..Good luck..

I'm sure it was said above, but make sure it's quality traffic coming to the website first.

And then experiment to get those optin rates to your newsletter up.

Personally, I'm not a fan of adsense, there is a lot more lucrative options out there. You could sell banner space for $100 bucks a month for instance and probably make more than your adsense blocks.

English needs to improve. That may be a big turnoff for a lot of people.

I got bored just reading the excerpts on the front page for one reason: Most of them started with the word "today" as in "today I'm going to share XYZ". If every post is the same or appears the same, people get bored and go away.

Trust is important and you calling yourself a health surgeon is not trustworthy (not sure if you are one or not but I doubt it so I doubt you). In some countries, just this title may have legal implications as in it's against the law to pass yourself off as a health professional when you aren't one and can be punishable by fines or worse.

It seems you are grasping at straws and throwing any old content you can write on there without rhyme or reason. For example, the entry popup promised I could lose 10 KG in a week but on the first page there is an article about losing the same amount in 3 months. Then there is 6 Kg in 2 weeks, 2Kg in 24 hours, 5 Kg in a month, etc. Again with the trustworthiness. Which is it or is it none of the above and it just sounds good?

Looking at this article: 4 Reasons Why You Should Add Turmeric to Your Diet you can see it's laid out in 4 columns. That is way too busy. I can't read your stuff for all the ads, sign up forms, social media options, etc.

Speaking of the article above, are you sure you know what you are talking about? Taking tumeric will kill me as well as many thousands of other people. Where is your disclaimer? Where is your expertise? You want to help people or kill them?

I could go on all day. Bottom line, you have made a good start in actually getting something up - your version 1. Now you have a ton of work to do to get it to where it needs to be. Traffic isn't your problem in my opinion. It's trustworthiness, content, layout, etc.

Too many niches (or more accurately no specific niche)
    Too many ads
Too many ads for dubious products
Too many wild health claims with no references to serious research (My favorite is this article: 800 Years Old Recipe to Naturally Cure Heart Diseases)
Too much unrelated content (My favorite is this article: Hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia the fear of long words)

There is so much BAD, INCORRECT, and DANGEROUS medical advice on this site. Honestly I don't know why I am wasting my time with this post except that maybe it might prevent some other amateur from regurgitating dis-proven wive's tales and myths.

Sorry to be harsh but I have a few friends with serious health issues. I find sites like this particularly dangerous and wish they would be shut down.

My fantasy was to sit in an ivory tower and control all of GM from my laptop computer. I guess the result would be the same.

Your main problem is that you don't know how to sell ONE item on your site.
Why doesn't anybody create one well written post with one related product and promote that post until it sells? What's the use of having a thousand products on a site and you have no sales?

Wouldn't it have been better for you to have one page, one post, one product and had made 150 sales with your traffic? Just asking!

Then I will play my old record again..... no email list either! So here you have it! Classic build a website and they will come thinking.......but they aren't buying!
