Best affiliate software?

I am looking to purchase an affiliate software that has the following perks...

- an easy to install script
- a phone number or customer support that answers speedily

Might anyone have some recommendations? I tried idev, and it had a lot of
great features, but we had a really tough time with the installation and set up.

    I've seen a few people, including Paul Myers, using JRox - I have no personal experience of it. Maybe you could ask Paul?

    This is what I use

    PhpAffiliate "Affiliate Program Software"

    they also have a forum, there is also a forum user on there who is very helpful, his name is "userx"

    Some will say Delavo is amoung the best - very comprehensive - takes a bit of learning but worth it

    I'm using Affiliate Pro. It seems decent, but required quite a bit of modifications to fit my needs.
    I would like to move to a hosted thin like paydotcom, but there are some limitations to that too...
