I am familiar with affiliate marketing a lot and i have promoted digital and physical products using affiliate business model .

Recently i read a thread about pay per call networks and it seems good to use them but i am stuck with a thing how to recruit affilaites and publishers fr them

Well you can follow the same steps as promoting any other affiliate offers. You can build a targeted blog, talking about pros and cons, earning possibilities, tips to get started with pay per call.. this is how I would attract them.
