Classified WSO policy?

Classified ads for the WSO section, Today I noticed some behavior that seems not only illogical but anti Success, basically creating a series of automated posts to an account over a short period of time.

What does this do?

#1 it prevents a user from looking at a classified Ad and reading any post but the posts continually posted by the user, example 50 posts over three days, Zero actual questions from a user.

Each post is a series of promotional posts reproducing sales page information and links to affiliate links, (this is a paid thread so affiliate links are permitted) at least to my knowledge.

here is the list below, what I am interested in here is discovering if this is something that is permitted to be done.

Obviously it must be because nothing has changed on this thread, but is this something that we really want to happen on a thread?

    I've noticed the same by more than one seller in the Classified section - so it must be allowed.

    I would never BUY from someone with that sort of posting behavior - I don't know if it now bumps threads to do that (didn't used to but might these days).

    One thread I noticed a while back is 3 years old and the seller just keeps posting the same thing over and over...guess he's getting his money's worth from that stupid ad.

    Not up to "us" - not our forum.

    Only thing for you to do is to report the thread using the "triangle" and let mods know about it. If they don't like it- they'll do something. That entire section is a real mess now so I stay away from everything in that section.
