Has Anyone used the " Magento Amazon Affiliate Products Manager" ?

I have taken a look at this and it looks like a very powerful extension. I wanted to see what the guys on WF think about it.
I am going to be using this to populate a auto parts website and will pull in certain groups of products and brands. I worry about duplicate content since it will pull in all he info from amazon.
What could I do to avoid the duplicate content aspect, can I change the titles, urls,... what would my WF brothers do here??
