    I don't think there's really a general BEST Affiliate program/s. Each niche is different and you need to define your focus.

    I am not doing affiliate but always watching on cpaleads and peerfly, so may be you will get good idea from those 2 websites. there are many more website but try from this one.

    I've been promoting CPA / affiliate offers for 15 years. The bulk of what I run is PPL (pay per lead) offers. The reason I favor PPL is that there's no credit card required, all a user has to do is fill out a form to get paid. So conversions tend to be much higher than offers that require a sale.

    What has worked best for me with PPL has been offers that have a make, get or save money angle to them. These also tend to have greater mass appeal, so the potential to produce high volume exists.

    No perfect affiliate program, with out focus on certain product, if your site was related to products and choose ecommerce, if your site is related to seo or any other similar choose hosting affilates...

    It all depends what niche you are going into. I have always preferred Clickbank, JvZoo. If you are trying CPA offers I prefer Peerfly.
