Monetization advice for a weight loss blog

It's a blog about Garcinia Cambogia product blog, also have related posts about weight loss information.

Currently only homepage article has the product review with affiliate link for "Garcinia Cambogia Select" product, all other posts content don't have any affiliate banners or link, I'm not sure what is the best way for monetization, should I put banners inside each post, at the beginning or?

Will that affect some current keywords ranking?

Any advice is much appreciated!

      I've thought out that before actually, and getting people optin via autoresponder is also the thing I'm planning to do, but creating own quality book requires certain amount of efforts, I will put that in the list for future reference.
