I know you can get Amazon link localisers for Wordpress and stanard websites.

But is there anyway in which you can do the same for a link just underneath a Youtube video?

    It is against Amazon ToS to link from YouTube so, no, you can't do that.

      That isn't correct, I've seen lots of videos and channels link to Amazon. They just have to state clearly it's an affiliate link and also I think tick one of the declaration boxes from what I read.
